Quant e-Sportlimousine achieves not only fantastic performance values but also zero emissions

Not a Trailer

James Bond’s Q would have dreamed of creating a sportscar like this: a new take on the famous Wet Nellie, the underwater Lotus Esprit that appears in the 1977 movie The Spy Who Loved Me.

In fact, Trovel had the pleasure of attending RM Auctions in London, September 2013 when Wet Nellie was auctioned.

Art in Motion

The ash wood that runs wave-like and sinuously around the sportlimousine’s interior brings the Riva yacht to mind.

It boasts gull-wing doors just like the mythical DeLorean DMC 12 used by the futurist “Doc” Emmett Brown in Back to the FutureIt’s still roomy enough for the whole family and the seat arrangement brings to mind a private jet rather than any conventional car. Your family’s junior members will fasten their seat-belts and think ‘runway’ instead of ‘highway’. The 3D instrument panel extends right across the dashboard and offers the driver unparalleled display and control that can be activated with a Smartphone.

Once inside the Quant e-Sportlimousine, your only concern will be whether to listen to some rock by U2, Frankie Valli's oldies, the warm sound of Diana Krall or some chill out by Café del Mar. That said, perhaps the most appropriate music to drive through the Amalfi Coast—while transported to a different level of the Quant—is the adagietto from Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No.5.

Energy Revolution

Two salt-water tanks allow the liquid-flow batteries using nanoFLOWCELL technology to unleash 230 CV of power to each of its four electric motors. The result is a 0-60 mph acceleration in 2.8 seconds and a top-speed of 236 mph with an autonomy of 373 miles.

Its ecological pedigree surpasses even the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive. (Click for more information on this model.)

There is a new paradigmatic source of energy for our future: we will no longer need to depend on oil or conventional electric current to charge batteries. Instead, we will use water. And not even scarce fresh water, but the most abundant type of water on earth: salt water.

First showcased in the Geneve Motor Show, the Quant e-Sportlimousine is a dream come true as a concept car that has already approved for road use. You can book it now on Trovel.

The Quant e-Sportlimousine is here; the latest brainchild of Nunzio LaVecchia.

Please accept our apologies for replacing your dream car. We promise to be a little more sensitive when presenting future products.
