The architecture of the sound
Design that reaches through the ear
Cylindric, minimalist and decorative. That’s what Architettura Sonora’s speakers are like
We have got the speaker that will combine perfectly with your Charles & Ray Eames Lounge Chair and your Arne Jacobsen Lamp. We would like to introduce you to the Teak Cylinder: a decoration piece and, at the same time, a sound amplifier created by the Italian brand Architettura Sonora. The goal was to create a baffle that was easily integrates itself into the surrounding environment, which in turn offers an accurate and rigorous sound.
It is available in three different versions: tall, medium and short, and adapts to any type of surface and landscape. The cylinder can be made of the material that best adapts to your style: marble, travertine, granite, raw and glazed terracotta, wood and leather among other high quality materials available. The whole object is carefully handcrafted in Italy. Its compact size and neat lines make it ideal for any indoor or outdoor setting. Also, the omnidirectional sound module, full-range and subwoofer offer an optimal sound.
The Teak Cylinder has been placed in private gardens or houses as a furniture object. However it has also been placed at exclusive clubs like Eden Beach Club 13, located on the famous Palm Island in Dubai. This beautiful architectural masterpiece reflects a Mediterranean style and allows all guests to enjoy excellent acoustics in a relaxed setting.
Among its unique technical specifications, it is worth highlighting the 6” dual-concentric speaker, the Speaker Peak Power 300W and the Speaker RMS Power 150W. These cylinders have a weight that ranges from 25 kilos (tall version) to 18 kilos (short model).
Prices start at 1,890€ for a couple of short cylinders. If you are interested in buying one of these, Trovel can get it for you.
