Ahmed Kathrada, South African politician and anti-apartheid activist, is one of the fascinating characters that will accompany you and reveal the historical relevance behind Robben Island.
Test your pulse as you submerge yourselves into a cave to observe the white sharks of the area. You’ll go from the sea to the sky! Look above to see the stars so close you can nearly touch them as you fly over the Natural Reserve in the Sossusvlei Desert on a hot air balloon.

First category transports
International flights will be done on a private jet: Pilatus PC-12 model or similar, with high reliability and hosting up to six people. You will feel comfortable at all times while thanks to the crew and your personal guide. Forget about waits at the airport or about picking up your luggage. Internal flights will be done via helicopter.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet famous personalities that have had a significant role in African history. They hold a fascinating career, pioneering in conservation projects that are still alive today and that you will be able to learn about. 15th-16 May / 4th-5th June 2017: Johannesburg
Johannesburg is the heart of the city and it is a rapidly changing city. It counts on cultural districts such as Newtown and Braamfontein. These areas have many theatres, restaurants, cafes and museums that bring creativity and energy.

This second day you will have the opportunity to meet Kim Wolhuter, a prestigious wildlife filmmaker that knows the Charleston area well. Here, many award-winning documentaries were filmed.
This second day you will be lodged at &Beyond Kirkman’s Kamp Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The reserve has one of the major animal concentrations of the region where you will see the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino).
The lodge has 18 suites that have been renovated keeping the structure and original essence of Harry Kirkman’s house. All the guest cottages have a porch that allows complete privacy. Every room has a chimney, bath and shower. Every room offers visits to the sabana and to the impressive Sand River scenery.
The lodge also has a swimming pool that offers spectacular views to San River Valley. The camp has big dining room that dates back from the 1920s. During your stay at &Beyond Kirkman’s Kamp Sabi, the lodge will offer you a range activities: photographic safaris, private safaris and game drives lead by professional guides.
18th-20th May / 7th-9th June, 2017: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

&Beyond Matetsi River Lodge Victoria Falls is the new incorporation to the group &Beyond. This lodge that will open 15th July 2016, is located only 40 kilometres from Victoria Falls and from here you will have access to multiple adventures. The lodge, with 27 kilometers of Zambezi river frontage, is full of animal life for you to enjoy.
&Beyond Matetsi River Lodge is distributed into two nine-tented camps (including two family suites) that look to the river. Each camp has its own guest area and dining room, kitchen, bar and an alfresco dining area.

20th-23th May / 9th-12nd June, 2017: Okavango Delta, Botswana
One of the highlighted activities during your stay in Okavango Delta will be tracking rhinos by helicopter. This is an incredible experience that will allow you to see the migration of these animals with the guidance of Les Carlisle, conservation manager of this species. You will have the opportunity to go on game drives, sail lagoons or go fishing.
During the three nights in Botswana you will be lodged at &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Delta Lodge. It is located on a private area at the Okavango Delta and is adjoining Moremi Game Reserve where you can enjoy the show nature has to offer. The Delta, that has considered as World Heritage by UNESCO, has inspired the design of the lodge.
The lodge has 12 rooms and all of them have a private pool. A maximum of 24 guests can be lodged comfortably. These rooms have an organic design. Exterior areas have been handmade and offer views to the Delta. These suites are located among trees to offer a touch of privacy. All of them have a king-size bed, mosquito net and outdoor showers.
The lodge has swimming pools, a safari shop and butler service. There are also game drives, helicopter rides and guided walks available.
23rd-26th / 12nd-15th June, 2017: Natural Reserve of Namibrand, Namibia
From the distance of an exclusive hot air balloon, enjoy the Namib desert sands during the day. By night, stargaze on a private excursion hosted by Rob Johnstone, a prestigious astronomer.
You will be lodged at &Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, located in the heart of the desert of Namib, during three nights. The lodge, with its 180,000 hectares, is an oasis with views to the sand dunes. In this space of singular beauty you can rest and enjoy from an astonishing landscape.
With only 10 rooms built in stone and crystal, guests can enjoy complete privacy. The rooms offer exclusive windows that will allow you to contemplate the valley and the exterior views beyond the porch. Inside there’s a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Located in a natural amphitheater on the cliffs of Devil’s Peak and Lion’s Head, this a suitable place to end your African adventure. Enjoy the panoramic views that Table Mountain offers and the modernity of its town.
Marina Table Mountain rooms are specially designed to enjoy the breathtaking views of Table Mountain. They offer 388sq ft (36 m2) with a bedroom and living room that can accommodate up to 12 people. This suite also counts on an oversized shower and a queen size bed. You will also find a minibar, dressing room, a selection of teas and coffees, 42” TV and a business area.
