Villa K has been created to respect what its architects call “culturally rooted modernism” by blending their construction into the natural landscape.
Today’s life lessons begin on your visit to a Berber family home in the countryside where you learn how to bake your own bread, cook tagine on coal, milk goats and collect water from a well. After preparing and trying these delicious savories that you’ve learned to elaborate with the same care as a local, the Atlas Mountains await you for a guided biking ride.

Architecture in sync with nature
This villa, designed by prestigious architects Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty from Studio KO, respects the concept of “culturally rooted modernism”. The suite’s construction is mainly composed of geometric shapes covered in clay and blends in with nature’s setting and with the area’s traditional homes. Villa K’s monochromatic interiors are furnished with minimalist deco, giving emphasis to the natural surrounding.
Villa K is located in the small village of Tagadert, only 25 minutes from Marrakech and it faces the High Atlas Mountains.
The house was built using ethnic materials from North Africa that follow a Moroccan style. This single storey-house was made using earth blocks, a technique used in this region.

Villa K has 6,997 sq ft (650 m2 ) with a one hectare private garden and five spacious rooms. The inside is divided in two modules. The forefront building has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen and two ensuite rooms.
All rooms are ensuite and offer spectacular views to the High Atlas Mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fireplace, king size beds, dressing corner and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room offers views to the swimming pool, to the wheat fields and the High Atlas Mountains. The dining table has a capacity for 12 people.
The house has a staff service that includes a concierge, a cook and a maid. The concierge service is at your disposal for any request during your stay.
For golf lovers the villa offers 18 holes at the Samanah Country Golf Club that is only 10 minutes away.
